Rebuild Services in Everett Senior Living Facility

Gallons of water damaged 20 apartments throughout four floors of this Everett senior living facility. SERVPRO of South Everett was called in quickly to begin the water extraction process. We packed out residents, demolished water damaged areas, dried affected areas and performed rebuild services. When the affected areas were dried and rebuilt, we moved resident’s belongings back into the repaired units.

No job is too large. The janitor at this Everett warehouse left Saturday afternoon and did not notice water leaking from the ceiling. Come Monday, the storefront, offices, restrooms, and the warehouse were flooded. Our team was on site within 4 hours of the initial call to start the water extraction, the setup of dehumidifiers, and air movers. The source was from a leaking pipe connected to a water fountain.
